Fall 2015 Group Fitness Schedule

All Group Fitness Classes are free for current Rec Sports members, and all you need to bring is water and a towel. We provide all the rest, like yoga mats, weights, and more! All classes, except Water Aerobics, are held in the Group Fitness Studio in the Sheila Umphrey Recreational Sports Center. Water Aerobics is held at the Indoor Pool in the Health and Human Performance Complex.
