Rock Wall
Our 1850 square foot Rock Climbing wall stands 40 ft tall and is open to all Recreational Sports members during our open wall hours. Our staff can assist you in all your climbing needs. We also offer Climbing Clinics; Rock Movement, Basic Climbing, and Lead Climbing. The Rock Wall is available for rental to individuals and private groups.

Outdoor Adventure Trips
The Adventure Trip program is designed to take participants into the great outdoors where they will experience a wild variety such as backpacking, canoeing, wilderness camping, and rock climbing. Outdoor Pursuits offers day, weekend, and multi day trips ranging from Big Bend to The Big Thicket. We also offer custom adventure trips along with trip resource information to those planning their own trip.

Outdoor Shop
Our Outdoor Shop handles all our outdoor equipment rentals. We rent almost anything that you would need for your next outdoor adventure, including tents, sleeping bags, cooking equipment, canoes and more!

Team Building
Outdoor Pursuits provides a unique team building experience that helps companies and organizations build their group into stronger, more cohesive teams. Team members work together to solve fun interactive challenges that focus on effective communications, goal setting, consensus, trust, and problem solving.
 

Outdoor Professional Development
The Outdoor Professional Development program provides programs to enhance the quality of outdoor usage. Programs that may be offered range from scuba classes to Leave No Trace (LNT) classes. If you have already experienced what Outdoor Pursuits has to offer, than you already know the positive impact it will have on you. If you have yet to experience anything with Outdoor Pursuits, then prepare yourself for an experience to remember.
