MEMORANDUM:
The Office of Student Organization Services is proud to announce that we have funds to assist chartered/registered organizations in facilitating their programming efforts. There are some revisions in the Co-Sponsorship Guidelines, application, and proposed budget form; please review them thoroughly. If your organization is interested in requesting funds, please submit the application, a budget and general statement about the event as well as additional materials describing the purpose of the event, the conference registration fee and hotel rates. (conference brochures, flyers, etc.) To view the Co-Sponsorship Funding Guidelines click on Files and then Organization Policies, then Click on Co-Sponsorship Funding Guidelines.
The Co-Sponsorship funds are offered on a first come, first served basis to student organizations who submit a complete packet at least two weeks prior to the event.
