If your organization would like a tailgating spot, please fill out this application.  By  filling out this form, you will be eligible to participate in the Tailgating Lottery on August 28, 2013 at 3pm in room 210 of the Setzer Student Center.

A representative of your organization must be present to select a spot.

We are looking to identify professors who have made a difference in your college life.  

These professors may be asked to teach a new freshman year experience course with the goal of helping our new freshmen become better acquainted with Lamar and prepared for college life.  

Please List up to five Professors.  

Committee members will help with the formation of the Toast To Leadership.

MEMORANDUM:

The Office of Student Organization Services is proud to announce that we have funds to assist chartered/registered organizations in facilitating their programming efforts. There are some revisions in the Co-Sponsorship Guidelines, application, and proposed budget form; please review them thoroughly. If your organization is interested in requesting funds, please submit the application, a budget and general statement about the event as well as additional materials describing the purpose of the event, the conference registration fee and hotel rates. The Co-Sponsorship funds are offered on a first come, first served basis to student organizations who submit a complete packet at least two weeks prior to the event. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE 2012-2013 ACADEMIC YEAR:

* All student organizations requesting co-sponsorship funds must be chartered, registered for the new academic year and have a Student Clubs Bank Account in the Office of Student Organization Services. All checks received for co-sponsorship are deposited in a Lamar University student organization account.
* All student organizations traveling on behalf of Lamar University must comply with Lamar University Travel Procedures.
